IN A TEAM DYNAMICS WORKSESSION...
YOU WILL BETTER UNDERSTAND YOURSELF AND OTHERS.
Each team member completes an Everything DiSC Workplace Profile which quickly identifies a primary personality style.
We then lead everyone through a series of interactive activities designed to highlight your strengths, challenges and motivations. Everyone will better understand themselves and others on the team.

This powerful Team Dynamic Worksession helps teams to fully capitalize on their diverse strengths. By the end of the worksession, you will have gained a range of useful skills to take back to work. Everyone will better understand how to respond to other personality styles, how to have more productive interactions and how to effective communicate with one another. The four Everything DiSC™ Styles:
Dominance – focuses on moving fast, taking action and solving problems
Influence – focuses on people, having fun and liking each other
Steadiness – focuses on patience, persistence, and calm listening
Conscientiousness– focuses on structure, rules, and procedures
