Sarah-Jane, known to all as SJ, is a Scotland based sales and leadership specialist who has spent the last decade working in sales, team training and content creation across a range of sectors including events and hospitality following the completion of a degree in English and Scottish Literature at the University of Edinburgh.
SJ has a strong background of team training and facilitation having started her career with one of the UK’s leading team building providers. Additionally, she has hands-on experience in the hospitality sector having worked for Hilton for several years before setting up her own business, The Skills Collective.
Positivity and enthusiasm are key features of SJ’s style and ensure that she is committed to each of the clients she works with, whether for one-off projects or those that work with her on a more regular basis. She works hard to inspire and motivate those she works with to achieve their goals, no matter how large or small because she believes everyone should have the tools and learning they need to be the best version of themselves at work and in all areas of their lives.
