Nina is an Associate of the CIPD and is currently studying level 7. She is an ILM qualified Coach (level 5), a certified Everything DiSC™ Trainer, a certified facilitator of FranklinCovey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and a Member of the Learning Performance Institute.
Nina loves to see people flourish and thrive in their careers. She is a passionate and engaging facilitator and coach with a strong background across the hospitality sector.
Nina started her L&D career in the British Airways Learning Academy developing and delivering training courses and programmes for cabin crew.
A move to Securitas UK in the newly opened Learning Academy, saw her designing, developing and delivering various customer service and leadership training programmes.
As the Learning Manager for InterContinental Hotels Group, Nina worked with managers to develop their leadership and professional skills and supported GMs and HoDs of underperforming hotels helping to create action plans to meet their performance metrics.
In recent years, Nina has coached and trained managers, collaborated on impactful programmes designed to successfully change company culture, launch company values and improve the employee and customer experience for leading organisations across the private and public sectors.
