A certified DISC practitioner, NLP master practitioner, Motivational Map Practitioner and Coach, Margaret holds Diplomas in Human Resources, Training and Development and Performance Coaching.
Margaret has first-hand experience of the key attributes required to succeed in a competitive business environment.
Excelling in hospitality management and winning the title of UK Young Manager of the Year led to management positions at Blair Castle, The British Embassy Switzerland and Hotel Institute Montreux.
A move to British Telecom saw Margaret start her L&D career. With 25 + years specialising in developing trainers, leaders and managers, she has an established talent for guiding staff to find and optimise their passion within their role. Margaret believes learning should be relevant, challenging and stimulating, enabling participants to confidently transfer their newly learned skills to the workplace.
An Approved Training Provider and Senior Trainer for People 1st International (formerly Stonebow), Margaret is licenced to facilitate the complete range of Train the Trainer Programmes, both face to face and virtual delivery.
Recent projects include leading a team of trainers to successfully develop and change the training practices of 100 corporate managers and directors for an international ocean and river cruise company.
