Liz Hope

Liz has worked across a variety of sectors; including investment banking, estate agency, hospitality & crisis management, to design and implement training programs and strategies to deliver business results. These have varied from sales effectiveness programs to leadership & talent development to running strategy sessions.

Liz's main driver is to witness the development of individuals’ confidence and motivation through the programs, and she loves hearing back from her delegates on how they are doing after the program and providing coaching when needed.

Before becoming a facilitator, Liz spent nearly 9 years in Asia ultimately as Managing Director for a multi-national business delivering demanding business results.

Having taken the business through corporate restructuring, a private equity take-over and an independent listing, Liz has a good understanding of ever-changing business pressures and how to keep teams engaged and motivated but also the importance of having fun whilst doing that.
