Linda Greenwood

Linda is an inspirational and dynamic expert trainer who is driven towards raising the standard of management, customer service and training skills both in the UK and internationally. She has been a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management for 30+ years.

Linda’s best attributes are undoubtedly her skills in delivering training with creativity, professionalism and passion. She is an effective communicator, technical author and team player and thrives on multitasking and managing complex projects.

With the formation of her own business, Linda Greenwood Training Company she constantly adapts to the demands of the ever-changing workplace through the appropriate adaptation and updating of materials and skills to facilitate Virtual delivery.

Prior to running her current training business, Linda was Master Trainer and Training Manager of People 1st International, a £1.2m training business that delivers WorldHost Customer Service, Train the Trainer and Management Programmes and projects, licencing and managing a network of 600 trainers and working in conjunction with the Operations Team that distributed some 25,000 workbooks per year.

Her versatility and love of challenges has provided her with the opportunity to deliver training to a diverse group of customers and clients in all corners of the world including the Panama Canal and in the training room under the pitch at Wembley Stadium. Linda was involved in training 2000 Olympic Volunteers every day from the confines of a temporary building on the platform of London Stratford Station, Other unusual training venues include Blackpool Leisure Beach, the Eurovision stage in Kiev and The Houses of Parliament.
