“Jemma is an incredible woman, full of passion, vigor and a fascination for people."
I had the absolute privilege of getting to know her as she coached my fellow colleagues and I, through our 'Future Leaders Programme'. Jemma's sessions were electric with energy, fantastically delivered and always challenged the conventional ways of thinking and doing things in learning and leading environments.

Not only was the content informative, well-structured and beneficial to my role and development, but the delivery was engaging, well-paced and super fun! Jemma has an uncanny ability to gauge the mood of delegates and adapt her style accordingly, encouraging those who need it and ensuring the energy in the room is appropriate for the content of the course.
