With over 20 years of operational leadership experience, Jane's expertise lies in designing, delivering and embedding experiential learning and development programmes that impact individual, team and organisational performances.

She is a Certified Practitioner for Everything DiSC, The 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team, Motivational Maps, Belbin and SixSeconds Emotional Intelligence.

She is also an ICF and MAC Accredited Coach as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (FInstLM), the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI) and Chartered Management Institute (FCMI).

Jane has an affinity for getting the best out of people - it was what she was born to do. Growing up on four continents has meant that from a young age she has learnt a lot about people and what makes them tick. Seeing the potential in someone and then helping them to realise their potential comes naturally to her.

She is both creative and collaborative in finding a solution and strives to get extraordinary results from the people she works with, combining big picture thinking with small details to always deliver beyond expectations.

Beginning her own learning journey – one that spans twenty years, six industries and many countries - in the Oil & Gas industry, she successfully developed her skills as a development specialist.

This diverse foundation has kept her at the forefront of learning & development, and back in 2001, Jane channelled her passion, knowledge and experience and established herself as a freelance consultant, instructional designer, facilitator and coach.

Jane has a proven record of success in managing multiple projects, developing, driving and managing business improvement and transformational change through creative and innovative learning programmes.

She is a Master Facilitator with extensive experience in the areas of leadership, customer loyalty and performance management, with specialist knowledge in retail and hospitality.

Using a flexible framework for improving engagement, she maximizes peoples’ performance potential, ensuring that they are armed with new ways of thinking and changed behaviours that produce long-term results for themselves, their teams and their organizations.
