Eva, a German national, has been living in France, UK and Switzerland for the past 20 years enabling her to learn to facilitate training fluently in German, English and French. She specialises in facilitating Supervisory Skills for young leaders and Management Soft Skills Development.
Eva has hands-on experience in the hospitality sector having worked for different luxury hotel brands for many years across Europe before moving into Learning & Development.
Winning the “Talent Development Award Mandarin Oriental “ in 2010 made her realise that she had found her passion for Learning & Development.
Eva’s specialises in enabling individuals increase their supervisory and leadership skills particularly for young talents as well as managers through fun, interactive and energetic training sessions.
She loves to see her participants having a memorable experience, enjoying the learning by exploring new concepts and leaving re-energised with lots of practical ideas and techniques to put into practice right away.
She also offers training for the hospitality sector in the fields of Supervisory Skills for young Leaders, Management Skills Development and Onboarding new colleagues via her own company, ELEVATE
