Catherine has been training since 1995 and can offer a wealth of experience with tourism, leisure, retail and hospitality sectors.
Catherine Bowie, a director of CBTS training, is acknowledged as one of the leading tourism and customer service trainers in Scotland and is a tireless campaigner for improved customer service across all sectors.
Her training experience has given her the opportunity to work at all levels from front-line team members, team leaders, supervisors and management and directors. Her suite of courses ranges from 121 coaching sessions, to Personal Effectiveness, Influencing Skills, Negotiation Skills, Assertiveness, Plain English Writing, and Emotional Intelligence.
Catherine is an advocate for Disability Awareness issues and all related subjects and is a member of Tourism For All and other related agencies.
