I like the phrase ‘organised chaos’. It suggests a way of working that on the surface looks completely disorganised but which is actually a very effective creative process. For me, that’s the key to fulfilling work – finding my own way through the apparent confusion.
With the spread of the coronavirus, companies around the world are telling their employees to work from home amid the outbreak, forcing many people into self-isolation as they work remotely. People are having to redefine their usual ways of working to find their own best practices for staying focused to get the work done. After many years of working virtually I thought this was a great opportunity to capture what we have learnt in our own team.
