Your people are your greatest asset
Attracting the right people is tougher than ever in today’s highly competitive marketplace – and salary alone is no longer the primary driver for top talent.
How aligned is your future strategy with your recruitment process?
The onus is now on companies to show they put their people first.
This means ensuring their needs are at the heart of your workplace strategy.
The success of attracting and retaining talents lies in the synergy between all stakeholders to create people-centric environments that support diversity, create an inclusive and values-led culture, and provide the resources that ensure people can work to the best of their abilities.
How do you put the right person in the right job?
The synergy – or lack of synergy – between a person and a job can be mysterious and difficult to explain. Given that two candidates look similar on paper, why is one successful in a role and another, not?
This two-day interactive and engaging worksession will help you to analyse your existing recruitment strategy using the Belbin Job Role Report as a starting point.
- Evaluate your current recruitment process
- Identify the gaps in teams which need filling
- Clarifying stakeholder expectations for a given role when seeking to recruit or select
- Make decisions about which individuals to recruit or promote
- Retain great people by understanding & fulfilling their needs
This course is a two-day worksession (10am - 4.30pm)
